Litex is a Norwegian manufacturer of membrane panels and wet-room systems that make bathroom construction safer, faster and more cost-effective. Working with a limited budget, we created a visual identity that communicates safety, quality and innovation, while reinforcing the client’s position as a market leader.
Innsight Phase
In connection with the migration to Gutenberg (WordPress’s block editor), the client wanted a visual refresh that emphasized their position as a market leader. With a limited budget, it was important to create an identity that was both flexible for future content work and easy to implement.
A quick analysis of existing market communications provided the foundation for a visual identity that communicates safety, quality and innovation.
Design Phase
Straight lines and controlled shapes represent Litex’s reliable solutions for bathrooms and wet rooms, while the water droplets at the base reflect the natural and unpredictable. Together, they visualize how Litex provides stability and structure in an environment defined by moisture and movement.
Colors
A combination of semi-transparent images paired with deep blue tones creates a fluid, water-inspired aesthetic that reinforces the concept.
Typography
The italic version of the headline font symbolizes both movement and strength, illustrating that Litex’s solutions protect bathrooms and wet rooms against water in all its forms and states.
Grid
The grid represents structure and stability and is actively used as a visual tool.
